Customer Thermometer surveys allow you to fully customize your survey experience so it’s aligned to your brand artwork, color scheme and digital marketing assets. Choose from a wide range of icons, emoticons, traffic lights, numbers, check boxes and crosses – or create your own icons for a unique touch. In each survey you ask one question. Respondents are invited to click based on a choice of possible answers, or on a number scale. This click then leads them to a branded “thank you” page where they can answer supplementary questions, leave additional comments and engage with social media buttons and a trackable hyperlink. 100% amazing, we've implemented it with our Customer Support and Customer Success teams on Zendesk, it's been great for collecting customer feedback. The one-click solution increases response rates and the drivers give us a better idea as to why the customer selected that rating. The fact that you can create the survey as basic links, which you can embed into images and put in the middle of the ticket has been absolutely amazing, we've been using this to survey NPS in customer relation building e-mails that our CS team sends.
