About TapMango
TapMango is a cloud-based customer loyalty platform that assists retail stores and restaurants with rewards and promotions management. Key features include customer experience management, survey creation, mobile ordering and voucher management.
The application’s marketing portal enables users to manage campaigns and send promotions and offers to customers via SMS, push notifications and email. Customers can use the mobile application or in-store tablet to share images on their social media channels and add Yelp/Google reviews via automated surveys. Additionally, marketers can store customer information, define flexible reward structures and allot redeemable points to customers.
TapMango comes with an open API and facilitates integration with third-party POS applications such as Clover, Square, Lightspeed, Shopify, Mindbody, Vend, and more. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

It has been great, the customer service and technical support has been fantastic. It has not only added value to my company, but it truly works! We see a ton of people coming back from getting our automated text for birthdays, "miss You" texts ect. These were all things Tap Mango had suggested upon our initial integration and it really does bring people back in!

It was a great sales experience. Sales team know their app up and down. Great customer service at the first phases. Then I was pretty much left on my own. Everytime I reached out for help on getting campaigns, the ball was put in my court. I know Fivestars reps help with campaigns. I wished I had gone with them.

Great onboard process, I would have liked more one to one training and more support when setting up. Shipping and setting up was delayed but that is to be expected with a company and team that is growing faster than they can keep up with. But I am sure they are spending extra time to get more support and staff to make this more smoother as time moves forward.

Five star was great in the beginning but they left a lot to be desired. When they lost SMS, they still charged us similar pricing and had no alternative options. We lost all the great features we liked about them and still paid the same money without having more guidance on how to move forward. Their technology was lacking and they do not integrated with any other POS systems but their own since SUMUP bought them out. This led to many many losses in features and with no integration became a burden to our employees and customers as it left us spending more time to get basic things done. In 3 years they never advanced or had updates or upgrades and it got very time consuming when we are busy, and as a small business you should make it easier for us when we are growing, but instead became a chore to run their system.
