- I like how great it is with booking or scheduling appointments.
- MY customers upon registration pay Bookafy directly and then they should have paid me the share of the active accounts... But in the first 2 months of use they were never even able to show the amounts correctly in the dashboard and I did not receive any payment.
- I like the Klara patient reminder system, it has allowed us to customize what we send out to your patients, like new patient forms, Prep instructions, reminders about appointments, and even allows patients to send us follow up in the form of a survey about their most recent appointments.
- It is very difficult to merge patient's charts. If there is a phone # on both charts and we take out the # on one to merge,then we can't activate the phone # on the other chart.
