Plug and play solution – immediately see results

We implemented automatic protection for the on premise file storage and for the Microsoft 365. The solution started to get the traffic, create the heat map and started to protect the company data with the Software mine concept. The solution is with out of the box thinking and finally brings easy way to do DLP.

Pros:

We use this product since 2018. The ease of use and adding employee training and awareness help us to get to zero trust, least privileges access to our important files . Tracking our important data beyond the company boundaries – is very powerful tool for us.

Cons:

With this new approach we needed to convince our auditor that this new way can protect structure and unstructured data, at rest in motion and in use.

BeyondDLP Review

I want/need to know if a file or folder was renamed/deleted/moved and by whom? The BeyondDLP solution allows me to do that with relative ease. It's a great solution that even small companies should have.

Pros:

What I like most is the simplicity on selecting search criteria. When I need to know the status of a file or folder that was deleted or removed, all I have to do is select the necessary options from a series of columns and the results show me the status of the item.

Cons:

As an early adopter, I needed to have multiple updates done over a period of time to enable the functions I wished for. However, all of those updates and changes were handled very effectively by the support staff.

The solutions is very powerful and helps to protect from data exfiltration and ransomware attacks

The product is easy to use, it can be setup in few hours and it uses the integration ith Azure Information Protection to protect data access. The audit functionality help us to better understand how users access company data

Cons:

The console should be improved to better show softwaremines and filg-gps set on the folders.

ITsMine BeyondDLP has been a huge success for our organization
