RiskProfiler offers all external exposure related data in one platform. It presented all multi-cloud security information in one place. The risk detection is fast and efficient. We needed frequent support from them post the initial setup to understand the workings of this platform, and their team was a excellent with timely and detailed query response.

Their brand intelligence module is a standout in detecting phishing scams and impersonation attempts at real time. Overall, it was a good experience.

Their dashboard is complicated and offer multitude of complex data. Now, it might be great for larger organization with security teams but posed a challenge for our team.

While the platform is highly intuitive, native language support for international vendor users is limited.
