EBS Toolbox vs Xero: Which is best for you?

The impact EBS toolbox has made on our day to day processes cannot be understated; it had enabled a level of automation which would otherwise not have been possible without significant investment in RPA technology. As it is, using VBA and the various Wizard templates, we have a very slick operation which now means that RPA does not offer a great ROI, so we are happy to continue with our current setup, as it is flexible enough to meet our changing business needs, and simple enough for users to understand.

Even though Xero lack global enterprises accounting features it has a robust integration capability that allows me to connect with external tools such as SAP Concur.

It is not great for multi-company businesses as you cannot be logged into more than 1 at once, you have to chop and change between them and to make intercompany transactions, you need to post separately in both entities.
