With Ronspot, employees can easily view who is in the office and apply filters to refine availability. It's a product needed for all offices experiencing car park issues/complaints.

Amazing. This is a blessing and has improved both FM and customer experience when using the car park.

A feature that is missing would be FM to be able to report infringements or support audits.

Would be great if we could and remove desks also would be great if renaming is easier.

Pretty happy with it. The support from Ronspot is brilliant, they are very responsive if there is a query.

It was easy to use and setup. The map builder allowed spaces to be created that reflected the layout of the car park and this helps the users select spaces for booking.

Cons:

I find that some of the additional reporting and analytics do not provide information that i find usefulI would also like to see previous bookings by users, i can only see future bookings.

I liked how easy it was to create a zone, create realistic spaces and for these to be set to reflect the type of space.

The desk booking system makes it easy to keep track of available desk space, covid contact tracing, and department allocation.

Cons:

The WFH confirmation functionality could use work. The reporting has cut-off of 8am.

Parking Management

Our office is based on a business park with allocated spaces and not enough to go round, there is also very limited offsite parking. Our team is happy that they know when they have a parking space before they arrive at work. It has taken away the worry of not being able to park and is also encouraging a more hybrid working culture.

Being able to personalise to our business. As administrator, I like that I can oversee everything in the portal and make changes to suit the service that we need. The parking changes in real time, so that bays can be booked at the last minute. Customer support is also good and any queries or problems are responded to and sorted quickly.

Cons:

So far the system has worked well for us and we haven't had many set up issues. I would like to be able to book out our visitor bays for people who aren't registered on the system, by the hour. I believe this is something that is in the pipeline and we did find a workaround, that solved the issue.
