The thing I like most about Adobe Experience Manager is that it supports Headless and Hybrid CMS models and it also has very good collaboration features.

There is a lack built in SEO tools in Adobe Experience Manager which require custom implementation and also the workflow management is complex.

Having a centralised interface with one set of logins and where applicable one set of design templates makes it easier to extend applications and keep things tidy.

The only issue we seem to have at this point is there are not a lot of OOB integrations to popular solutions like NetSuite or Salesforce and everything pretty much has to be custom built.
