My experience with Platoyo exceeded all expectations. Despite initial skepticism due to previous challenges in e-commerce and especially the technical complexity, Platoyo provided a seamless and user-friendly solution to my online marketplace. Not only is the platform technically sophisticated and constantly updated, but it also offers excellent customer support that is always ready to clarify questions and provide assistance. The versatility of Platoyo, including the ability to set up individual online stores in addition to the marketplace, provides an excellent basis for our success with end customers and retailers. The platform effectively supports the presentation of products and services while enabling a strong community among sellers. In conclusion, I can say that Platoyo is not just a technical solution, but a real partner for success in e-commerce. I can recommend Platoyo to anyone looking for a reliable and comprehensive online marketplace solution.

Cons:

The development of features must be coordinated and financed, which benefits all licensees. Comparability with global providers would be unfair when costs are taken into account.

Onlineshop auf hohem Niveau und sehr gutem

Software wird jeden Tag verwendet, die Software von für den Shop ist wahrlich anwenderfreundlich. Im Vergleich zur Shopsoftware Magento ist die Lösung von Platoyo eine große Erleichterung. Ich bin happy und kann mich im Geschäftsalltag wieder auf das konzentrieren was wichtig ist, denn der Shop läuft ja ! Dankeschön für diese Erleichterung !

Platoyo proved to be a very easy and pleasant partner tow work with. Platoyo communication and customer service is exceptional! The team's responsiveness (from customer support all the way up to [sensitive content hidden]) and deep product knowledge made our implementation journey smooth and hassle-free. The team guided us through the whole process and made the implementation of our commerce solution surprisingly easy for us.After years of searching for a viable solution for our (admittedly complex) business setup, we were truly happy to have come across this solution. The platform already came with most of the features that we were looking for. In addition there is a true sense of comradery between all Platoyo customers, since new developments and innovation are always rolled out for all customers simultaneously, benefitting everyone.Based on our current experience we can highly recommend Platoyo!

Cons:

Because Platoyo already comes with so many elements pre-defined, there can be a limited range of layout customization options available. If you need customized elements it can be done by the Platoyo team, but you have to expect additional development work.

Vom ersten Tag an waren die Informationen und die Betreuung zum Marktplatz umfänglich und absolut zuverlässig. Bei technischen Fragen zur Anbindung gab es zeitnah Hilfestellung und Beratung. Ich möchte perspektivisch nicht mehr auf auf die Möglichkeiten verzichten, die mir Platoyo als stationärem Händler online bietet.

Platoyo ist für mich als Geschäftsinhaber der ideale Marktplatz und bietet ein Gesamtpaket, welches ich allein, wenn überhaupt, nur mit wesentlich höherem Aufwand erstellen könnte. Die Beratung und der Service bei Fragen zur Nutzung sind hervorragend. Es wird transparent und seriös über alle anfallenden Kosten aufgeklärt und vorab informiert. Platoyo bietet für mich das Gesamtpaket, um als stationärer Händler online präsent zu sein und Umsätze zusätzlich zu generieren.

Marketplace + my own online shop = great combination!

As a seller, I am aware of the importance of having an online presence in a dynamic and competitive market. However, with a busy shop it can be difficult to find the time and resources for ecommerce for my business. Platoyo offered us a great solution because additionally to an online-marketplace they also offer individual online-shops with my own domain. All with limited effort and time requirements. Now, I enjoy the benefits of being part of the broader marketplace, leveraging power and synergies with other sellers in my industry. Simultaneously, I also have my own online-shop as part of the platform that I can promote how and where I want. This gives me flexibility and allows me to strengthen my individual brand, complementing the advantages of the broader online marketplace. Though the project demanded effort, Platoyo's support was invaluable. They guided me through the process and promptly addressed any questionsI had. They also have a video library with step-by-step instructions for all kinds of features so I can always look things up when I have questions. Overall, I feel that Platoyo not only offers an excellent technical solution but also provides great support and teamwork. A clear recommendation from my side.

Cons:

Because there are many options to customize your plattform or online-shop this can be challenging for newcomers. If you are not familiar with a commerce platform, you might need a bit of training before starting.

I was skeptical at first because I was not sure if I would be able to use all the features Platoyo offers. It turned out to be way easier than I initially thought. The Platoyo plattform is very user friendly and easy to use. After a short training I felt confident to use the platform for my products, but also additional features such as promoting services I offer in my shop, the job board, and events I want to promote. As a user I can note that Platoyo put a lot of thought into their marketplace solution to make sure it offers both: a technically well-rounded solution with many features as well as a platform that is easy to use for everyone.

Cons:

If you need individual features developed this might take some time.

What makes Platoyo particularly strong is their ability to generate additional online shops for each participating vendor with an individual domain, seamlessly embedded within the overarching commerce platform. We are an association group and needed a solution that met the expectations of all our retailers. Platoyo made that possible. And even more important: with exceptional account management, Platoyo allows us to use our commerce solution successfully, without additional resources.

Cons:

Depending on the scope of additional software developments you might need, please ask the team to schedule capacities early enough.

Flexible Commerce-Solution that is a one-stop shop

The software is powerful and yet, very easy to navigate as Platoyo´s team takes care of the technical aspects and the backend is very user-friendly for our team. With Platoyo we now have an online marketplace that offers all we need and only requires limited technical expertise on our end.

With Platoyo, we found a true one-stop shop solution. This is great because we get all from one provider and do not have to search for third-party solutions to meet all of our platform needs.
