Logikcull vs 8am MyCase: Which is best for you?

It has a few kinks but once you figure out how to properly use Logikcull it is the best program we have used for document and discovery management.

It used to be clunky and all over the place, multiple people reviewing documents and trying to organize a production by hand or using much more expensive Relativity hosting and days of learning how to use it for new users.

I'm happy with it. As a solo attorney having a CRM like MyCase keeps me organized, it keeps me on task, allows me to make notes and status update, text clients through the platform, and get e-signatures.

As we are based in Australia, if we need direction on something that we can not find the answer to via the online help facility, due to the time differences we have to rely on emails.
