Pros:

DigiSigner is quick and easy to use. Pretty straightforward to get a document out for a signature. Password protection is great!

Cons:

I need to educate myself more, but I don't find the templates useful, I very well could be using them wrong.

Seamless Experience

I enjoy using it, I think other apps should also learn to create an integration between an actual email and signing platform

Pros:

Simplicity, it's really simple to use, it was so easy for me to understand around how to use it the moment I logged in. The best is actually that it shows my real email as the actual sender.

Cons:

I dislike or say the con that I find is it only allows 2 free signatures which is not enough for a beginner to test out.

Reasons for switching to DigiSigner

I still use Zoop but for Aadhar signatures, for digital sign I use Digi Signer

Pros:

Ease of use and functions and cost effectiveness. I switch from DocUSign to DigiSigner and it works just as great and offers much of the same features to include company branding.

Cons:

Not being able to reuse a document versus using a template. Your not able remove pages within a documents. Not able to print directly from the program. When you bundle multiple docs for signing they don't stay bundled when you download or print them the are downloaded as separate docs so you then have to combine them again.

DigiSigner was easier to use and more similar to DocUSIgn

DocUSign increase it cost beyond our budget we were willing to pay and started charging per envelope from our stand unlimited offered.

Our overall experience with DigiSigner has been satisfactory. We’ve used it three to four times, and each time the process was smooth, straightforward, and reliable. The platform delivered on its promise of ease of use, making document uploads and contract signing quick and hassle-free. While we haven’t explored its more advanced features yet, for our needs it provided a convenient and efficient solution without complications. In short, DigiSigner proved to be a practical tool that met our expectations and worked well for the tasks we required.

It is a good service.

I have shared digisigner with 1000's of workers and business owners because it is very easy to use. I mostly use it for signing contracts as I have many projects which require me to sign.

Pros:

Sometimes when we get documents to sign it becomes a difficult task because we sometimes have to alter the formating of the document in order to paste a picture of our signature or just sign by typing our names. Digisigner makes it easier to sign contracts and documents. I sent it to 1000's of my workers and all have successfully learned how to sign.

Cons:

I dont like that we can only sign 3 documents per month. Although I know it is business. It is very good though.

It was easy to use. A first time user wouldn’t have difficulty using it. Process are well explained.

Over the past few months, I have used it for signing documents and my experience has been entirely positive. Perfect e-signature too for small businesses

Wonderful experience overall- the cost structure for small businesses, ease of use and the turn around time for someone who has never used the tool are the differentiator

Value for money for small business Ease of use- was so easy to jump right in, create a document and send to my customer for signature

Cons:

None- suits my small business needs. If any minor improvements, I would say when I made a mistake and sent the form- I personally did not know how to edit the file before final signatures were made- maybe use training on my end.
