Dropbox Sign is the intuitive way to sign and request signatures securely online. Add legally valid signatures to any agreement—from new-hire offer letters to loans to sales contracts to NDAs. An award-winning user interface, robust admin controls, document tracking, and enterprise-grade security that's more secure than pen and paper methods all come default out-of-the-box.

Here’s how it works:

Prepare and Send
Upload documents that need signing to Dropbox Sign from cloud storage or your computer. Then, drag and drop the fields you need signed. Finally, add the signer's email address and click send.

Sign
Signers are notified with a link to sign your document on their device. Once signed, completed agreements are immediately available for you to view in your Dropbox Sign account.

Manage
The Dropbox Sign dashboard tracks the progress of signature requests, automatically sends reminders to signers, and lets you view all signed documents. You can also customize the branding and manage the access of your team members inside your account settings.

Fabulous eSignature Product That Makes Life Easier

Superb! We use this all the time to send things to clients and internally that need signature and it's so easy, let's you know when the parties needed have signed everything and gives everyone a copy of the signed doc.

Pros:

The feature that sets HelloSign apart from the competition, especially DocuSign is the unlimited envelopes (documents) you as a user can send out in a year.

Cons:

Feature that would be good to have is to be able to replace the underlying document once you are in the preparation phase of the document and when you have already set the 'fields or text boxes' in the document, so that if you notice there is a misspelled word or something that needs to be changed you can simply upload a 'corrected' version and keep all the 'fields or text boxes' in the place where you already had them. It would help save a lot of time especially if you are working with longer documents collecting initials from each signer on each page.

Reasons for switching to Dropbox Sign

Hellosign does not limit me on how many envelopes a year I can send out and collect signatures.

Pros:

The integration with Dropbox and all of the files/forms I store there is beyond ideal. I love that you get 3 free digital signatures a month if you're someone who doesn't need the feature a lot.

Cons:

The fields customization could be a lot better. Every custom field must be created manually and you can't save them.

Pros and cons of Hello sign software

According to the main business requirements i.e. our main requirement hello sign stood up to the mark and we are able to fullfill our task in time and with efficiency.

There are few aspects of this product which i like the most and they are: 1. Good configuration flow management where we can configure it with other tools. 2. Data security and authentication to protect the critical and important documents.

Cons:

The very first things that I didn't like was the easy of use which was compatively less when i will compare it with other tools other than that the lagging that sometimes I face while using hello sign.

Because our main business objectives i.e. to have to clear digital/electronic signature and data security was provided in a better way by hello sign software.

Because in other products i was not able to get the perfect digital signature i.e. not of good quality and along with that a bit fussy UI of the software makes it harder to follow the workflow

It's reasonable price compared to other e-signature platforms. The ease of the system and being able to create templates to reuse are great.

Cons:

Not being able to replace a document with a new file if the parties have not opened the original file yet.

Seamless Integrations for Document Signing

We've used HelloSign for almost two years now after switching from another electronic signature software, and HelloSign has been perfect. Not only do we use it for our internal HR and hiring needs, but we also have HelloSign integrated into our software so that our customers can sign their contracts without any issue. HelloSign offers reminder emails and also sends completed forms to all parties. It's so easy to use and maintain and super customizable. Love it!

Cons:

I have never had any issues using HelloSign, but I am not on the team that integrated it into our internal software. I am not sure how technically difficult that was, but we have rarely encounter bugs.

Reasons for switching to Dropbox Sign

We were using DocuSign, but HelloSign was a much more competitive price and offered the integrations we needed.

Dropbox Sign is very easy to use and the UI is very easy to navigate. I completely recommend this for big companies that want to be very professional.

Cons:

It's very limited for smaller plans, and it can increase very quickly when you have a team or have alot of contracts. Free teir only allows for 3 documents / month.
