Zoho Sign is a digital signature solution that helps businesses of all sizes securely capture electronic signatures. It enables professionals to share documents with clients via email and ensure data encryption in compliance with ESIGN and electronic IDentification, Authentication and Trust Services (eIDAS) regulations.

Features of Zoho Sign include reminder and notifications, audit trails, multilingual translations, custom templates, timestamping and more. The solution allows managers to automate workflows, automatically import documents from external applications and generate custom reports on a unified platform. Pros:

With Zoho sign you can fill contracts and important files anywhere you are, with no worries, and receive notifications in any moment or step of the process.

Cons:

As a developer, is difficult to integrate with other platforms, but for regular users, is pretty nice.

Fast document signing for financial approvals.

It’s quickened my ability to get client signatures on billing agreements which has allowed my close of financial records during busy quarters to happen faster.

Pros:

I love that Zoho Sign allows me to send contracts and invoices in minutes for e-signatures, and that it has templates that save me time on all repeating telecom deals.

Cons:

The mobile app can be clunky for reviewing complex documents, which is a hassle when I’m approving paperwork on the go.

Pros:

It was easy to set up and I was able to set up templates. These made it easy to send the same document to multiple clients without having to re enter the signing blocks each time.

Cons:

It didn't work cohesively with the Zoho CRM. The signed documents wouldn't show in the client accounts. There was a separate site I had to visit to view the signed forms.

Reasons for switching to Zoho Sign

I only switched from PandaDoc because I thought the Zoho Sign would work better together with the Zoho CRM. I liked PandaDoc more than Zoho Sign.

Great tool for signature purpose

The overall experience is great. The best part is that Zoho sign sends reminders to the recipient for signatures until the document gets completed.

If I try to add a large document and wants to add signature box in each page then I have to do it manually there is no automatic way for it.

Awesome Digital sign tool
