About MailJerry

MailJerry offers an easy and secure way to migrate your email data. Just download the software (available for Mac OS, Windows, iOS and Android), enter the credentials of your old and new email account and start your migration!

MailJerry works with every IMAP mailbox or Exchange account, migrates all emails (including drafts & sent objects) and folders, prevents duplicate content, and keeps your accounts synchronized with the IMAP sync feature.

Additionally, no personal data is read or stored and multiple transfers can be started at once.

Pros:

Let’s face it - everybody hates mail migrations. This little tool makes everything easy and minimizes the stress level. Just enter the source and target credentials and start the migration. Voilà! Turn your computer off and go home, your job is done. The migration is done in the cloud. No worries any more.

The Best Email Migration Product, Hands Down!

[SENSITIVE CONTENT]! He was truly amazing in answering all my questions and going through the process with me before even buying it. And once I bought the product, he was always available to answer any questions I had. He was always ready to take feedback from me to see how they can make the product better for customers in the future. Extremely professional compared to the other email migrating serices I had tried before switching to Mail Jerry. I got lucky finding it through a few pages of google search results.

Very easy to use. User friendly dashboard. Some of the best customer service I received! Really took the time to understand the email

Cons:

The option not to be able to choose between migrating emails into respective folders or into separate from respective folders in order to differentiate the emails that were migrated when needed after migrating. This is not an issue if your are transferring into a brand new email account. But if you are migrating into an account aht has emails already, this would be a bit of a deal breaker or hard to work around.

Pricing structure. I needed it for a limited time and Mail Jerry gave me that flexibility.

Horrible experience with Mac Uncle and Gmail Suite. Everything from complicated steps to really bad customer service. I am so glad I came across Mail Jerry and contacted your team.

Pros:

I used another migration tool before but ran into limitations the last time. As a replacement, I chose MailJerry. First of all, it was a pleasant surprise to see how easy it is to set up. I have performed a migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace with it. I have had excellent help from the support department and the migration ran smoothly. I will definitely do my next migrations with MailJerry again because it's easy to use and reasonably priced.

Cons:

I would like to see the possibility to set up notifications informing me when a migration has finished or run into problems.

Fantastic product and support!

We are a small farming business with several large e-mail accounts. When it was time to switch servers we were a bit overwhelmed by the process of migrating our mails without loss. I loved so much that it is a cloud migration tool and that there was nothing to download or install.I Simply needed to enter the IMAP settings for origin and destination for each account and pressed the okay button. DONE!!!! I loved the customer service. They are amazing.

I wish they explained more on their website how easy it is to use their service because MailJerry is just the best and easiest migration tool in the world. Thank you so much for existing!!!

Easiest and Simplest Email Migration Softare

There is no other solution I think that can match the simplicity of MailJerry. Very easy to use. Further more there support is just awsome. If you get stuck just email them and be assure you are going to get the answer from an expert versy soon. This is the most value for money application Please keep up the good work !!!

It is very easy to setup. Multiple emails can be migrated simultaneously. Supports IMAP, Google ( which I have tried and I use) Once you configure it all correctly, it happens in one go. You can always sync the emails later also so that you don't miss the last email before changing the NDS. Easy and clear dashboard which keeps updating the transfer status

Cons:

At times the no. of emails messages shown for Google works space doesn't match. But I think it's Google's (Label) or some other issue which does not send correct count.

It just works - as already said. Type in your credentials and Mailjerry takes care of the rest.

Cons:

Nothing - the software is perfect as is. But the mail account providers add a bit of adminstration like app pwds to the process.
