- Even when my websotr platform or payment processor or course platform has come with email servoces included it hasn't even crossed my mine to cancel and switch because it's served me so well and even grown with my business in ways it can function and help me.
- I also wish that sending the same email again to unopened recipients or a second list, etc. did not involve duplicating the email and starting over like it was brand new. But those are literally the only 3 things that I come up against that aren't ideal.
- The drag-and-drop editor makes designing emails a breeze, and the integration with various platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce is seamless.
- Also not as "sand-boxy" when it comes to their pre-created blocks (coupon code block, product recommendations) which means that you cannot adjust them in a drastic way, which is again a fringe case we have found ourselves in rarely (again 95-98% of the cases are covered just fine with the current setup).
