This is a must have tool for anyone doing mass email campaigns. Ease of use is its best feature. Quck delivery time.

This product is easy to use. Perfect for sending out mass marketing emails with very little bounce back. A must have tool.

Cons:

Installation was a bit different. Overall once I got the hang of it, the product worked flawlessly. A great addition.

Gmass is the Gmail master sender

It is a great tool, which I initially found years ago on Google Chrome, and then added onto our platform, as our workspace works with gmail, and this makes sending out multiple requests or pitches as easy as pushing Send. It even stops you if it thinks you have made a mistake.

The seamless integration with Google Workspace and the ability to not only send emails but also follow-up on open rates and reporting too.

Cons:

The reporting was the most challenging part, as it would be nice to have an LP or destination to view all campaigns to enable quick and effective follow-ups.

Handy tool

Using for monthly emails to invite and thank those who attend a network meeting. Allows the emails to appear personalized. Many respond back. Plan to use the program for more campaigns in the coming months.

Pros:

Easily personalize a large list of emails. Keeps track of opens and allows for a more robust campaign. I haven't done it yet, but like the idea of follow up emails for those who open and don't open the email.

Cons:

Unless you utilize an alternative platform. it will only send a limited number of emails daily thru gmail. Could shut down your gmail for a time. Recommend using a dedicated email address for campaigns only. Your sent box gets filled as the list sends making it harder to find other sent items. Good info provided to fix most issues and email responses are effective from support team

More built‑in templates and a lighter composer would be nice‑to‑have, but these are minor compared to the productivity gains.

GMass - makes mail merge in Gmail easy to do!

Ease of use, helpful tutorials, ease of connecting to a sheet with mail merge data. The campaigns dashboard is fantastic to see stats including clicking on links.

Cons:

Price - feel it is a bit pricy. It did take a bit to understand some of the more refined features. Once tested, it was easy to use.

Solid platform with great features

It's a really handy service for how I need to use mass mailing. The auto follow ups will be a life saver, and the personalised emails feel easy to use, not allow errors. You can easily make a lot more errors using free versions of gmail mail merges using sheets.

I like the UI, the additional features (spam test), email validation and also the follow up feature.

Cons:

I can't get my head around the extra mailing (over 2000 emails) using SMTP mailing. I also think it is vague to say that gmail may allow you to send more without that.

This is an amazing service! I wanted to just use the free trial to see how much value it would add, and I immediately subscribed once I got my first campaign out and its report back. In particular, I appreciated the bcc feature still working with the merges as well as the ability to still merge replies to certain recipients in the thread from the original campaign. Yet to find any issues since the first bug I encountered, and it has saved me so much time!

Cons:

At first, it did seem like there was some bug as the campaign would not actually send despite hitting the correct button several times. The same error about the mail merge tags that I was using kept coming up each time. When it did eventually send, I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome.

Not very convenient for use with gmail; too specialized for the natural email feel I wanted

The inbox delivery is the best bit, GMass ensures all my emails reach my lead's inboxes and seem very authentic

Cons:

The follow up email for users who have opened an email is a pain, I am running a drip and want to be able to pick all users who have opened an email but thats not possible

Lowest-price option is, for me, good enough for a 10,000 recipient sales campaign.

It allows me to make an e-mail sales campaign without much fuss. GMass keeps track of 'bounces', opt-outs, clicks. If a person opts out, GMass keeps track of this if i use the same e-mail list again.

It covers all my needs for a medium-sized e-mail campaign involving a lot of 'cold' e-mails. 10,000 recipients spaced out over a month.

Cons:

I got used to it after a couple of hours exploring it. It's not 100% user-friendly but it is 100% worth it when you finally get there.
