It is easy to integrate with Google Sheets, and easy to implement through the GMail extension and add-on. Maintaining an address list in Google Sheets was crucial for our organization. Online documentation is thorough, and the company provides multiple examples that should cover practically any use case that you are attempting to accomplish. Tech support is quick and efficient. After vetting many comparable services, we have come back to GMass again and again! GMass gives you some ideas for working around this, but it's best to consider staying within the posted limits. It does not include pre-built email templates or an "email builder" like you would see in a marketing tool like SquareSpace. You are limited to what you can compose in GMail, or by building an email with HTML and importing the raw HTML in yourself. (Embedding images are another issue.) There are workarounds to both raw HTML emails and embedding images, though, and the GMass team has a thorough article about the methods you can use.
