The best thing about Inxmail is to be a simple and intuitive tool but at the same time composed of complex functions that allow good solutions for marketing via email. Reports can be generated, follow-ups, design, work with templates and perform automatic responses, among other functions

Die Strukturierung der Workflows über die InxMail-Software hat uns in der Etablierung von Standardabläufen unterstützt. Die Freiheit des modularen Aufbaus von Newslettern und Mailings mit vielen Möglichkeiten zielgruppengenau Inhalte auszusteuern gewährt unseren Redakteuren ein Maximum an Freiheiten. Die Projektorganisation und auch lange Zeit nach der Einführung ein prompter zuverlässiger Kundensupport können überzeugen.

Cons:

Die User-Administration muss über den Support erfolgen. Redakteure können sich keine Vorlagentemplates bauen, in denen individuelle Schrift- und Farbsets gespeichert sind.

Pros:

I came into my company where this product was already in use and all I can say is that it works. It uses data, you can create simple email newsletters and automation flows.

Cons:

It is slow as molasses and is hardly editable. Most of the time it will freeze on a screen of anywhere from 5-10 minutes. The naming conventions are mostly in German (our parent company is German so I see why we went with them) but as a global software I would hope it would be more versatile. Every change to the template or support item costs 100eur. Even if its as small as changing a link. The templates are hardly editable and its extremely frustrating that we only just got the use of emoji's in the last 6 months. Gifs hardly work and usually fail.

Der Gesamteindruck ist sehr gut. Inxmail hat uns über all die Jahre immer zuverlässig bei unseren Kampagnen unterstützt und war zu keinem Zeitpunkt "unerwartet" down. Die E-Mails kommen zudem zuverlässig beim Empfänger an, was permanent von Inxmail geprüft wird.

Die Software ist sehr ausgereift, was man an vielen Stellen des Produktes merkt. Zudem war ein grosser plus Punkt die Integration zu unserem CRM-System. Dies erleichtert die Prozesse enorm und schliesst den Kreis der Kommunikation.

Cons:

Der Editor sowie der Bild-Upload dürfte zeitgemässer sein.

Reasons for choosing Inxmail

Uns war es wichtig, dass die Versandserver in Europa liegen. Zudem legen wir Wert darauf, dass die E-Mails komplett in unserem Namen daherkommen - also für den Empfänger nicht (ohne technische Kenntnisse) erkennbar ist, über welchen Provider das E-Mail versendet wurde. Inxmail bietet dies umfangreich an, was bei den oben erwähnten Anbieter zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht möglich war. Gleiches galt für die Schnittstelle an unser CRM-System, welche zu der Zeit nur Inxmail angeboten hat.

Im ersten Schritt war es primär die Integration ans CRM-System. Im zweiten Schritt haben uns aber auch die Möglichkeiten und Ausgereiftheit von Inxmail deutlich mehr überzeugt.

Die individuelle Anpassung an unser Geschäftsmodell und die enge Verzahnung mit unserem CRM System, das auch die Segmentierung steuert. So können Kunden/ Interessenten aus allen Kanälen angesteuert werden.

Cons:

Dass die beiden Produkte Inxmail Professional (Bulk-Mails) und Inxmail Commerce (TRX Mails) 2 verschiedene Systeme sind. Es wird aber bereits an einer Optimierung gearbeitet.

Pros:

I have a hard time understanding the features of Inxmail, as it is not intuitive like a Locaweb, for example. I looked for tutorials, but I only found them in German and English, and my native language is Brazilian Portuguese. I would like to suggest that you take tutorials in Portuguese, as well as leave the platform with other language options. I have used other email sending platforms and Inxmails is the most complex to use, for me.

Cons:

Many buttons that make it difficult to know what it is.

The advanced template works quite well on various devices. It allows a standardized mail with an aceptabe look and feel. The DOI process helps to be GDPR compliant.

Cons:

The user interface is not drag & drop. Designing new email layouts is very complicated. The export of html files for agencies is not available. New features like tagging of contacts and a graphical editor for automated email sequences is not implemented. Inxmail is no longer state of the art compared to other email marketing solutions.
