Easy to use layout, good support, good content around helping to be successful, I like the UI as well

Cons:

Email deliverability could be addressed more in teh flow of creating campaigns to help get them in to inbox

Pros:

The software is easy to use and I can prepare a "mailing" fairly quickly with templates that I've set up for various types of occasions. The price is very reasonable and the reports are fantastic. I'm able to reach my target markets better when I download the reports and track who opens and "clicks" through my messages.

Cons:

Everything is great. I wish that there could be more templates for the emails to give me more "looks" when I do "mailings"

Reasons for choosing Mailjet

Price was far better. In addition, MailChimp charges based on size of mailing list. I'd rather be charged by number of emails that I send out. My current package is perfect for my needs at a reasonable price.

Great Service for the good value of money.

I spend a few days trying Mailgun and and other email services but they didn't work, the onboarding was difficult and they mostly lack documentation.

Great tool to keep communications open with customers

Overall happy with Mail Jet. I appreciate their marketing insights, and I love the bots vs human metrics! I used to calculate this by hand!

The support material is very helpful. Currently transitioned from Active Campaign. Way better help docs. Also, Bots vs human metrics are awesome!

Cons:

Not sure yet...still discovering things. It's difficult to say right now. Seems to cover all the features we used in Active Campaign and seems simpler, which is why we switched.

Reasons for switching to Mailjet

Huge price increase, and difficult to use. Never got around for the automated mail flows.

very useless would recommend to other firms to help further grow their businesses. I think the crash course would be an essential guide to running the system properly as for a newcomer it can be very confusing
