A Wonderful Email Campaign Tool

Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed by Sender's email campaign capabilities, generous free plan, and friendly/efficient customer support. They have really had a huge, positive impact on our organization and I could not recommend them more.

Pros:

I love the high-limit of free email sends a month (15,000), great and easy to use templates, and quality of customer support (shoutout [sensitive content hidden] who has helped me numerous times and makes things easy to understand). The analytics have also been incredibly useful for tracking the success of our campaigns and establishing partners.

Cons:

I wish Sender.net had the ability for me to have email sub-accounts with the same domain on the sender.net website. This would allow our fraternal organization to have oversight of those working with us while allowing them to have separate user logins. This would be useful for tracking metrics separately between our different Chapters and not getting email campaigns mixed up or bogged down by other sub-accounts. It would also be great if they had a Wix integration to help us more with organizational automation.

Reasons for choosing Sender

We chose Sender over Mailchimp because it seems to have the same capabilities but is much more affordable.

Outstanding Customer Support!

My overall experience has been excellent, primarily because of their technical support person, [sensitive content hidden]. They are also cost effective and give you significantly more bang for the buck. In my case, I am on the free account. However, my subscriber base is growing rapidly and I will be upgrading to a paid plan very soon.

Super robust service - Great customer care agents

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden], my customer service agent. Second, the entire offering and capabilities of Sender are really robust considering I'm at the free tier. Quite impressive.

Cons:

We should be able to manage multiple domains, specifically domains that are individually branded with their own storefronts, under the same Sender account. Currently you can only use the plugin and the forms universally across domains, there is no way to separate them and assign different forms to different websites and/or storefronts.

Reasons for choosing Sender

Sender has lead capture as well as generation, offers multiple step automations and also handles the email lists while sending the emails. Can't be beat - bang for the buck - or no bucks in this case.

Reasons for switching to Sender

Both really expensive for limited functionality.

So far, so excellent!

I just started with Sender and so far it is exceeding my expectations. I am coming from Aweber, which has gone completely crazy with their pricing and fees, so on price alone Sender is doing a good job. But how's the interface and bells-and-whistles? Excellent! So far I am finding everything I need and in many ways it is MUCH easier than Aweber and slightly better than MailChimp. Here's where it gets interesting: I had to verify my account and the tech support was excellent: fast, (as in instantaneous), polite, and knowledgable. [sensitive content hidden] the agent with whom I chatted, had me up and running in no time. Now, I just started with Sender, yet so far this is going rather smoothly. One thing is that I wish the Wordpress plugin were a bit robust. Likewise, embedding forms on a web page requires adding javascript to a site whereas other services use shortcodes. Hopefully that will be fixed in the future. Right now this is looking to be the best game in town.

Sender is easy to set up and use, great customer support. The user dashboard is cool. It is also very affordable compared to other solutions. Particularly, the free version is very useful with lots of features.

Cons:

Nothing at the moment except that your account may be suspended if you don't provide all necessary information for the QA team to approve it. Sender is able to deliver all I need.

Ease of use, affordable, more email sending quota and more contact quota (upto 2500 in free version)

It is very easy to use and allows fast sending of mass mail even for small businesses/ small club like us. I just had an experience with support also which resulted very positive: our mails were not reaching outlook... and this was solved very fast.

Cons:

A way to track emails which do not get to a mailbox would be good. But I understand that it is technically very dificult

The intuitive and easy-to-navigate interface. I also really appreciated the customer support, especially the assistance provided by Lucas, who was always available, clear in his explanations, and proactive in offering solutions and alternatives to the issues I raised.

Cons:

Some current limitations of the platform compared to competitors (e.g., landing page creation). Also, the lack of content available in more languages, particularly Portuguese.
