About Mimecast Awareness Training

Mimecast Awareness Training enables businesses to provide video-based training modules to employees and run phishing simulation assessments. The application allows administrators to monitor and analyze users’ responses, enhance employee engagement and generate custom reports.

Mimecast Awareness Training provides a host of features such as an activity dashboard, data import, analytics and more. It lets managers track employees’ progress, identify and assess security and data breach risks and conduct sentiment analysis. Additionally, it helps supervisors streamline risk scoring operations and gain insights into employee activities.

Mimecast Awareness Training comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with various third-party solutions such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, ConnectWise and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via email, phone, documentation and other online measures.

Minecast Awareness Training is an entertaining way to bring awareness to IT security and risk factor

My overall experience has been quite positive with Mimecast Awareness Training. I do quite enjoy these videos, as they are quite funny. I have also learnt quite a lot from this videos, and it has overall improved IT risk awareness.

Pros:

Mimecast Security Awareness Training emails are sent to my work email address on a monthly basis. A big pro to this software is that the videos are memorable, as they are interesting and informative. The topics covered are mentioned in a very memorable way, with the use of actors acting out scenarios. So in terms of bringing light to serious topics such as IT security risks, this software is successful in doing so. I always look forward to watching these training videos, with the character of 'Human Error' being particularly funny, and reminding a person 'what not to do' in an entertaining way. In addition, the videos are also a short length, being between 3 and 5 minutes. This is a pro, as they are bite sized, and easily digestible during a very busy workday.

Cons:

There is nothing I can note to be a con. So far, in my 9 months of using this software, I have not come across any notable cons.

Cyber learning platform

A very good platform, i would definitely consider renewing my subscription for 1-3 years. but i like to change platform providers after 3 yrs

Pros:

The platform is very good, the content library has a wide range of learning videos, the mix of live actor and animation is good. There are lots of ways to inspire the next campaign.

Cons:

The platform can be over complicated to use, and integrate my user list. The campaigns can be difficult to setup at first
