Pros:

I'm a people person so it really means a lot to me when the people I work with are helpful and kind. Everyone I've interacted with at Briq has been an absolute pleasure. The support staff is responsive and usually solve my problems within 1 business day. If they can't resolve it, they are great at communicating as such and telling me what steps they are taking to try to tackle the problem. On top of all of this, the BOT workflows we have put into place with Briq have saved our admin team a lot of time!! Not sure how we worked before them to be honest.

Cons:

Nothing bad - I love them! I'd recommend making sure you have enough time to implement and start BOTs or reports with them. This is the norm for most software implementation.

Work Smarter with Briq

The User Interface is great, AP Automation is very helpful and Revenue Forecasting is much easier now.

Cons:

I don't really have any cons. Briq has been great at improving their product with suggestions that we make.

DONT BUY BRIQ BAD PRODUCT

In the beginning the honeymoon phase with our eyes glistening with hope it was great. After 6 months and nothing, with 3 BRIQ employees quitting we started to get skeptical, but were still hopeful. We continued week after week with no results on something that should have been easy to accomplish. We kept getting excuse after excuse on why it wouldn't work. One week it would be the BOT and the next week it was the number and then the next week back to the BOT and the next week back to the number. It was insanity.

Some of the people that worked for BRIQ for a few months were very nice. I did feel bad that they did not last long and that BRIQ was an embarrassment on their resume.

Cons:

Everything. BRIQ never worked. its was a SCAM from beginning to end. We paid $13,000.00 up front for a promise that never came to fruition. Not a difficult promise. We were told it would identify purchase orders and match with Invoices. It was unable to match and was unable to move the matches into Quick Books online. This was the only transaction we needed and BRIQ is unable to meet this requirement. BRIQ to this day will promise that it will happen, but after a year and a half and weekly meetings it has not. I know a ROOMBA that can learn faster than BRIQ.

Briq has helped us make smarter, faster decisions and saved us a lot of time and money.

We have solved the double entry we were doing, our marketing department likes all of the data collection, and we are working on a better cash flow reporting. The Briq team is incredible. Any time we have had a problem, they are very quick to jump on it and solve.

The product is very easy to manage. The ease that the bots do the work is great. We've saved a lot of time, energy, and money.

Cons:

Integration was a bit tedious, but I understood what the team needed so it wasn't a problem for me. There's nothing anybody can do when integrating new software.

The best thing about Briq are the people. It is critical to have a Briq employee who understands what I am talking about, even down to the debit and credit conversations. This has been a great experience to be on the same page with Briq. and on the same path moving forward.

Cons:

It is a bit confusing to understand how Briq works but probable is a result of not having the time to dedicate to Briq.

NOTHING! Promised all kinds of processes and did not provide any that worked. Employees changed often through the process. Never worked to know anything positive!

Cons:

We signed a contract with them on 9/3/24. Here it is 2/25/25 and the software still is not working! Tried to get a refund and was told it does not specify a refund in writing in the contract so that was not an option. Only option to keep this useless software for the contract term. Do not buy from them!!

Disappointing product

Would like to be reimbursed for at least 4 of the 7 Briqs that have done this! I will not buy anymore until I know this is fixed! It’s a complete waste of money and it’s not cheap! The dispensary actually contact the company via email and I still have had no response! I would buy the magnet ones over these until they get this fixed!

They are very convenient. Able to use it on the go.

Cons:

After hitting it several times (it’s still not empty) it starts to leak from the charger port. When trying to hit it, it burns throat, chest and lungs. I’ve had SEVERAL that do this! Can’t find anywhere to be reimbursed or replaced. The dispensary has a “7 day return policy” which will never happen within 7 days.

Avoid like the plague if you like your construction company

It was great at first, but just rating the overall software - it is half baked and they have no inclination to finish it. They are successful selling an incomplete product, and constantly try to remind us that there are new features on the way, when in reality, those wont work either.

They give a lot of good gifts when they try to upsell you. Their events are fun.

Cons:

The lack of accountability, the deliverable structure was always off, they keep trying to double my contract value while providing no return.

Make Sure It Functions for You Before Buying

We purchased Briq to handle AP automation for our company. The implementation was difficult and did not work exactly as advertised initially. I think if we were able to integrate it into our accounting system it would have worked well for us.

Cons:

After 3 initial meetings and troubleshooting to get the Briq to integrate with our accounting system, it was determined that it would not integrate properly. Even though Briq had only invested about 15 man hours of work, they would not refund any of our $8k annual payment. The best they could do was offer a $4k credit on any future deals in the next 3 years. They ripped us off.
