I love the way that SAP is very user friendly. I also like that it allows customizations to tailor to the way I do things.

Overall, it is a great application to track inventory, but it is hard to pick up right from the get-go.

How it tracks my inventory. It provides all the information given to me when requested. The app also never seems to crash so it is optimized well.

Cons:

This app is not beginner friendly. Meaning that new users don't really have a tutorial on how to use the basic functions. Older employees tend to pass down their knowledge of how to use the application. The menus are accessed by a 6-digit code. If you don't remember the code, good luck trying to find them manually.
