### About EyeOnTask

EyeOnTask is a web-based field service management solution that enables all the service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, cleaning, pest control, CCTV, construction and more to organize and manage their clients, jobs, invoices, inventory, equipment and contracts. Users can create quotations, convert quotations into jobs, create multiple services under a single job and assign jobs to multiple field workers.

Key features of EyeOnTask includes job scheduling, location tracking, custom forms, customer portal, billing and invoicing, inventory management, equipment and audit management, expense management, multi-language support, reporting, contract management and more. The tool creates a roadmap for users to get an idea of each step and helps teams to create an action plan and successfully execute it.

The widget enabled dashboard allows the back-office manager to view important key performance indicators such as active jobs, active clients, active fieldworkers, active jobs per fieldworker, jobs per month, clients per month, completed jobs upcoming jobs and the details of the contracts. Invoices can also be viewed based on working hours.

orkers and jobs on a map, which allows managers to track the field worker's position and assign the closest unit to a job. EyeOnTask also provides field workers with detailed driving directions using Maps. With EyeOnTask users can also manage leads and convert these leads into appointments, jobs and audits.

His value - quality relationship is one of the best, I check almost all on capterra and some software has an astronomical price, probably was better but don’t have the budget and not match the investment to a department that only generates expenses on some companies (field service support if very difficult to monetise).

Cons:

Difficult to configure and understand some modules, like customer portal, or contracts, or actives and personal equipment because customer equipment and personal equipment is configured on the same place.

Because is the most affordable and complete option, Zoho doesn’t has pictures of the equipment or actives, servicenow is very complicated to install, some doesn’t fit on our budget

This software allows my company to employ new office workers and only have to train them on how to navigate eye on task. We have cut staff training times in half. As well as that I no longer bring my work home with me in the evenings. As the owner of the company I was always catching up on paperwork, but this product gives you your time back. Every job and associated detail is at the click of a button, no more running out of stock, no more office and field mistakes that cost time and ultimately money.

Pros:

This software is so well made for the service industry you can tell the correct research was carried out. It is overall quite simple to get working for your company. No more unorganised job schedules or trailing through emails looking for field documents, and most importantly the customer can be invoice before the field team even leave the job.

Cons:

So far I am very happy with the software, there are some small things that need to be updated for my country but when I find something that needs attention I get in touch with the eyeontask team to suggest a certain addition and so far they have taken it on board and the changes are made.

They had a promo video that was aimed at my particular industry and it drew me in, after that the pricing is quite competitive

Excellent price-performance ratio. It includes almost all of the features and functions that our operations need at a much lower cost than the rest of the applications. Setup cost $0. Very simple implementation. Very agile technical support always answers our questions.

There's nothing I dislike about this, it's done everything that we needed which was hard to find in other systems on the market

The system makes scheduling jobs, tracking work progress, and communicating with field staff very simple. The mobile app is especially helpful because it allows technicians to access job details, update tasks, and collect signatures while onsite — even without internet access. This has helped save time, reduce paperwork, and keep everyone on the same page. The support team is also responsive and willing to customize features when needed, which makes the experience even better.

Cons:

One improvement I would like to see is in the receipt and payment tracking process. Currently, when a payment is received, the system does not generate a proper receipt with a unique reference or accessible receipt number. This makes it difficult for our accounting team to track and reconcile payments efficiently. Adding an automatic, numbered receipt feature would greatly enhance the accounting workflow and make the system even more complete.
