About HyperTrack

HyperTrack is a cloud-based live location tracking solution for deliveries and visits. It includes a variety of features such as ridesharing, workforce automation, logistics, on-demand and package delivery, marketplace aggregators, trucking and fleet management. Key features include order assignments for Efficient planning and dispatch of orders, route optimization, slot times and delivery capacity, map views, location timelines and movement summaries for drives, stops and walks, live routes and ETAs to destinations, real-time monitoring of delays, no-shows and arrivals, trip summaries, and automated trip payouts and expense reimbursement and automatic tracking of places of interest including arrivals, exits, time spent and routes taken. It assists with location- and time-stamped logging of work performed at customer locations or remote worksites and assignment of delivery resources based on proximity and travel time to specified locations.
The scoreboards offer daily and historical views of KPIs for personnel, trips, geofences and geotags, with reports, analytics, aggregated map views and exportable reporting.

Micro tracking of courier / delivery drivers

We've been a HT client for a few years now, nothing by praise for this company and its staff.

Pros:

We use on a min by min basis HT, we love the webhook capabilities, the simplistic interface that runs seamlessly in the background. The SDK is extremely battery friendly, so much so that you barely even know its running on devices with 2000mah batteries... on a device with 4900mah, the software runs for days before needing to charge the device. The dashboard is easy on the eyes, and provides access the basic information a fleet manager would require straight out of the box.

Cons:

We aren't too fond of the way activities are updates after the fact, but its a small work around given the potential power of the solution.

Pros:

I think that it is a software that is easy to implement and that actually gets the job done in the right way. I like the fact that it easily calculates estimated times of arrival and tracks every movement really easily. I didn't personally implement the integration with the software itself, but I am constantly using it and it works really well. The documentation I was told is very good as well. Thank you!

Cons:

I see that sometimes the maps in the links that we send to the customer to see where their vehicle is going, takes some time to load and therefore affects user experience a little bit. I would also like for it to be easier to implement a view in which you could see exactly where all the users of the application are in a specific moment.

I remember that we looked at various options but someone from the team had worked with this technology before and therefore it was strategic for us to use HyperTrack instead of having to learn how implementation worked.

HyperTrack has positive and negative aspects.

The tracking of the parcels that we carried in the human resources company was going to be guaranteed with this program but it was not like that, it had quite a few add-on errors when integrating it into the system, we mainly used it for tracking and GPS management. It is sure that it has a good GPS system but in the company we needed the stability of a program that had all the characteristics and this program did not meet them.

It is a good logistics tracker, it not only allows you to do a GPS routing of your apps but also to create them, in the case of GPS it has quite an important takeover, accurate with georeference points, it has an app packaging system very fast.

Cons:

Despite its commercial trial model, it could not satisfy our demand, what caused us interference was the implementation, it took a long time and the support is quite slow, the SDKs are not up to the task and we believe that this could have been greater than expected due to the price we paid.
