- We would love an option, besides Global Payments, for payment devices for our technicians to take payments while in the field.
- we can not see invoices without clicking on them which waste time, when searching for a invoice need a feature to put cursor over invoice and see tech notes...also with multiple work orders we can not make a new invoice and assign it to original tech.
- I also like how you can do a search function on different properties to pull up the work orders for just those properties and you don't have to scroll through all the work orders that have been done until you find that particular work order.
- It also doesn't allow you to look at the pictures of equipment that you've saved to a jobsite, which defeats the purpose of saving a picture...
