The ease of use of the application, especially for tracking visits. The setup was simple, and the ability to fill out surveys and forms is easy as well.
Cons:
The inability to upload photos, I would have to take real time pictures instead. This would increase the time it took to complete certain surveys.

A Reliable Platform for Field Visibility and Accountability

Overall, Repsly has been a valuable tool for managing our field sales operations across a wide retail footprint. It provides strong visibility into store visits, makes tracking performance and compliance easy, and streamlines photo and data collection. The platform helped us stay organized while managing both internal reps and third-party demo partners. That said, there are some limitations—form building isn’t as flexible as we’d like, and the inability to integrate third-party reporting or reassign forms if a rep checks into the wrong location can be frustrating. But overall, it’s helped us increase field accountability, improve communication, and execute more consistently at retail.

What I liked most about Repsly was the real-time visibility into field activity across our national retail footprint. Being able to see when and where our team checked in, what they accomplished during the visit, and view photos instantly gave us full transparency and peace of mind. It streamlined communication, helped identify execution gaps quickly, and ultimately improved retail performance. The platform made managing a large, distributed team feel much more connected and data-driven.
Cons:
What I liked least about Repsly was the lack of flexibility in form building and visit management. Creating and editing forms can be time-consuming and unintuitive, especially when trying to tailor them to different retail partners or initiatives. I also don’t like that we can’t sync third-party reporting into the platform—this makes it harder to get a full view of field activity across internal and contracted reps. One major frustration is that if a rep checks in at the wrong location, there's no way to switch the form submission to the correct store, which creates avoidable reporting errors.

Reasons for choosing Repsly

It was a really close decision, but we ultimately chose Repsly because of its dashboards. Compared to other platforms, Repsly offered more intuitive, visual reporting that made it easier to track store visits, rep activity, and field performance in real time. As a manager overseeing both internal and third-party reps, having a clear, at-a-glance view of what’s happening in the field was a major differentiator. Other platforms had similar core features, but Repsly’s dashboards gave us better visibility and made it easier to identify trends and opportunities without needing to dig deep into raw data. That usability tipped the scales for us.

Slow, geo tracking is extremely constant which drains phone battery very quickly. Causes many devices to heat up.

Pros:
Very easy to use and makes my life a lot easier when communicating with my managers. Easy collection of data when it comes to surveys and things like that in Repsly as well.
Cons:
The fact that you cant really upload from your photo library which makes a lot of things harder than theyre meant to be.

Easy to use, simple layout, constantly being updated for the better, and as mentioned in my original survey, it is an improvement from the prior app we were using.
Cons:
It does occasionally sign me out but that’s understandable, probably in place due to the updates or for security reasons so really it’s not a big deal. There’s nothing I don’t like about the app in all honesty.

Easier for all reports and check in and out on one platform. It's easier to go through photo taking for reports too
Cons:
It clocks me out when I'm still within range on break. The photo taking can't be adjusted for .6 for some photos that need to be taken from far

Easy to navigate and to operate. Really simple to use. Easy to add surveys and finish them up. Attaching picture is also really flawless.
Cons:
Sometimes it gets stuck or crashes down. So I have to log in back and restart the whole procedure. It would be nice to get some new layout or different colour to choose on the app.

We love Repsly. It has increased collaboration, execution, visibility, competition and overall productivity. After a month, you start asking "What did we do before Repsly"

The collaboration between our team did not exist prior to Repsly. We have 6 different regions with 6 different "group text" This caused major silos. After Repsly, reps from all over the world feed pics and information into 1 place. The messaging feature drives competition and peer recognition. Everyone stepped up their game after Repsly and productivity skyrocketed!
Cons:
There are small improvements that can be made to any app. There are nuances to any app. We are happy with 99% of the functions of the app. The 1% is minor things we would prefer to be different based off our preference.

Reasons for choosing Repsly

Its very easy to learn and very easy to use in the field. All around its much faster than other platforms and feels like social media rather than work!
