Then, when you onboard you realize there are large gaps in its capability especially around a showrooms and writing custom estimates.

It can slow down and get very clunky, and the mobile app for technicians can fail at syncing often enough to be irritating. While it is deeply customizable, doing so can require a lot of knowledge many companies may not have internally (Crystal Reports use, Microsoft SQL Server use, and learning some of ServMan's internal programming language).

The interface is a bit dated looking - but without the easy keyboard navigation that most dated systems have.
