Their final presentation hit all the marks and that helped us make an easy buy decision when compared to their competitors.Deployment of the solution was also frictionless, from API integration to training of the Forter Porter admin

Solid Fraud prevention AI for Airline

Forter does well in working on it's own. Have seen it introduces updates often which is welcoming aspect. Good support. Helps to find a lot of potential patterns of fraud.

Forter has saved us tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars. We use to manually guess at fraud checks, but that was not sustainable. Bringing Forter in to automate the process not only freed up our team but saves sales we may have missed and stop any that are suspicious. Forter is invaluable.

Cons:

Occasionally transactions that should be allowed are stopped. For example. Our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was blocked from purchasing while using her company email.
