I like how we get so much information on each person, the number of visits the last time they checked in, how long they’ve been a member, we have the option of entering how much they paid the last time because we have a lot of discounts and it really helps us know what discount the person had.

That is mainly because we are open 24 hours a day and sometimes members have not paid their monthly dues and can't get in until the next working day.

The dashboard gives us a real time overview of our major KPIs and the community feature allows us to connect directly with our member base creating a Facebook page type interface for sharing information and getting engagement.

It can be a bit hard to navigate the various set-up options.
