About Cetaris

Cetaris Fleet is a cloud-based solution that helps businesses streamline maintenance operations for vehicles through data capturing and analysis. Key features include fleet maintenance, preventative maintenance, inventory management and warranty tracking.

Designed for repair shops, bus, retail, grocery, oil and gas, transportation and construction sectors, Cetaris Fleet allows users to conduct standard repairs and increase labor productivity. It comes with an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) reimbursement solution, which enables firms to highlight warrantable service parts and assets directly from system. Additionally, it helps enterprises manage payments of suppliers on basis of trial balance reports and forecast resource allocation.

Cetaris Fleet Maintenance Software

In using Cetaris Fleet we are able to monitor our maintenance costs closer to become more productive and efficient in areas we didn't see before using this software. Working with the Cetaris team over the years they are always interested in your feedback on new enhancements that they are working on and/or new ideas that you may have. You feel like part of the team to grow this software.

Cetaris Summit 2025

Has been good. Need improved support getting to version 11 and improved reporting. Reporting troubleshooting/support group. We have struggled getting the exports from multiple modules and then using power query to combine them.

We have had improved OEM and parts warranty by switching to Cetaris. We have also really like the handheld device for our technicians.

Cons:

Most of our user applications our developed in-house, so not as user friendly compared to other applications. We have learned how to use the software. Would like to see changes made as production changes rather than waiting for big roll out or future enhancement.

It's basically a big accounting software. Which, if that's what you're looking for - great. But not very user friendly with how our business operates.

Pros:

Work order process is quick and easy. Equipment and parts profiles provide a lot of information and are easy to navigate.

Cons:

Too technical from a user standpoint for many of our employees. Some pretty simple tasks require an insane amount of tedious clicking and required fields that might not be important to us. No ease of customization from a user standpoint. Way too many things require you to go through support or may not even be offered unless you pay more money. Some of these tasks are very obvious things that I feel should have been included from the get-go. Tough getting the proper training when Covid hit and we have 4 different terminals. A lot more that I can't think of right now.

No idea. Guessing the salesman must have given the people in charge a pretty good deal.

Loving it so far!

So far the entire experience has been pretty amazing and makes me really happy that I was one of the ones that suggested Cetaris.

Only in test and implementation phase and I am already living the amount of information stored in this one system.

Cons:

The thing I'm liking least about the switch to Cetaris is the field boxes and template titles that map not matching.

Cetaris has reporting for everything we need. Warranty module is excellent!

Cons:

Cetaris does not truly have open API access. We would like open access to our own data without paying for a new SIM each time.

Cons:

It was a challenge to learn and train but the younger generation has had an easier time learning how to use it.

Cetaris is a Game Changer

FANTASTIC! Once a database has been built, it eliminates the amount of paper work, spreadsheets, desk cheat sheets and even sticky notes.

It is time consuming to get a database set up (but our employer refused to have importing done)

* Overview of new fincionality and enhancements coming to us soon in the next version. * Listening to the successful implementation of Cetaris clients * The Q/A interaction between Cetaris and their clients and that Cetaris really does care about resolving customer needs for the short and long term.

I personally enjoyed a little bit longer conference as in previous years. But everything was excellent for the time that we spent together!
