Motus 2026: Benefits, Features & Pricing

The ability to let the program work and not have to fix anything with it while driving.

I can't say anything is disliked at this time.

The App is so easy to use and provides simple access to set up base starting point or common location starting points. It also has a very robust search engine for locating new addresses or landmarks. And when I have multiple appointments, all I have to do is start up motus for the day and Motus then tracks all my miles from stop to stop and indicates the stopping location after 5-10 minutes. Motus also provides great reminders and sound tones that let you know that it is actively tracking miles and if you want to continue or stop for the day. Then Motus reminds you at the start of each month to submit your milage log which goes directly to my company for my mileage reimbursement to be paid out each month. Honestly the simplicity of using Motus can't be overstated vs the previous methods of having to log each business trip mileage and remember to start and stop my mileage. This new Motus app takes care of all of that and gives me the peace of mind that I am tracking all of my business mileage each day I need to, and all I have to do is start up the Motus app when leaving the home office.

Not much to be honest, but perhaps I will say the annual submission of vehicle type and if it is in or our of compliance. While I realize it is beneficial to have a newer model vehicle, in my opinion that shouldn't determine milage reimbursement level as reps drive the same milage regardless of vehicle.

Motus is super easy to use on my phone or PC

I have not had any difficulty or problem using Motus.

Sometimes it will not allow yoy to sign in and you have to go about it in a different way

Ease of usage. It's 2 clicks away each morning when you're ready to travel. It also asks f you're still using if you forget to shut it off after work hours.

The ability to manual enters mileage without manager approval. Also, the insurance what the driver uses vs what the app recommends.

The ease of use and login. Tracking my mileage is quick and simple.

It's hard to make adjustments to your mileage if you had a deviation in your travels or forgot to start it at the beginning of the day. I hate the way my employer uses it to screw me on vehicle mileage, and I get a wack on my end-of-year paycheck when I need the money the most. Every time I use it I am reminded that my employer is taking advantage of me with inadequate reimbursement on my auto expenses. It's a reminder to keep looking for a new job.

Motus is a valuable tool for any business that reimburses employees for mileage. The software is easy to use, accurate, and integrates seamlessly with accounting software. Motus also provides comprehensive reporting capabilities that can be used to track travel patterns and identify areas for cost savings.

You can accidently swipe up or cancel the trip you are recording. There need to be a step added to confirm if you are stopping the recording.

It is great is it is easy to use. It sinks up nice it works with either android or iPhone. The price is right also

Some of the updates are filled with bugs. Sometimes you have to manually add your mileage, which is somewhat of a inconvenience.

The app and website were so simple to navigate. There’s not a lot to the website so it was very simplistic
