About MyRouteOnline

This is the Route Planner for you, whether you own a large fleet or you’re a one-man show. MyRouteOnline offers a credits-based pricing, with various plans, to meet your routing needs and grow with your business.

MyRouteOnline is a cloud-based route-planning solution that helps businesses in telecommunication, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), retail and other businesses plan, manage and optimize routes via a unified portal. The platform allows administrators to manually schedule and track routes and define service time for different locations.

MyRouteOnline allows organizations to review journeys, share route information with drivers and clients via emails, and export route data to various navigation platforms including Google Maps, Garmin, and more. Supervisors can update saved journeys, map routes using the built-in planner, and import address lists from Dropbox, Google Drive and other cloud storage systems. Additionally, drivers can view assigned routes, add or remove locations, and receive notifications about stops through the mobile application.

Made Tree Recycling Fundraiser MUCH easier

MyRouteOnline took great care of us again this year. Made our annual Xmas Tree Pick-up/Recycle fundraiser a huge success (AGAIN)! We handled over 300 pickups with 7 crews of Boy Scouts & Adult volunteers.

Pros:

Easy to use, when setting up & distributing routes to volunteers. Most used the mobile app to navigate...SO SIMPLE. Also, it would be great if the App would show the stop # AND the street address in the quick view (so you didn't have to launch GoogleMaps or Waze to see the street address.

Cons:

limited flexibility when creating the export file. Would be nice to be able to adjust to make optimal for printing or reading on device.

User friendly , it is easy to enter the data like up loafing my mixed up deliveries address

Cons:

I did not like the part that I could not see the section that I gave to a column for example the number of boxes But later I learn it

Program works well for us

MyRouteOnline helps me to break large deliveries into 8-10 routes very easily.

Pros:

All of the options that can be added when computing the routes makes for very accurate mileage and time estimates.

Cons:

Mobile app did not work well. Sent us to wrong addresses (off by 1 house sometimes). Not sure why this happened.

Its a very easy application to use and many choices to import adressess!

I think that the new interface is much more userfriendly so i dont really have a con, ATM

Pros:

Able to load GEO codes and transforms them into addresses for verification. I also like the fact that you can drag addresses according to how you want your route.

Cons:

Not able to print map from screen. I have to use the snipping tool to capture what I need and that seems to get me by.

I liked the step by step guide and pop ups as we got started. Again, it was very easy to use. Lots of options when working with an excel spread sheet. Loved the import wizard and how you could change what the software valued as usable content or not. This was awesome!

Cons:

The printing of the maps and directions. It would be helpful if there was a way to adjust the size of type and map. Some of the directions and addresses seem to run together.

It allows you to use a lot of it's features for free. You probably wont need to pay ever.

Cons:

You have to use their app when traveling. You are unable to just take the route it planned for you and drop it into google maps or something.

Great Routing tool for drivers

Keeping track and marking off destinations was a hassle for my drivers, this allows us to track and optimize their route in a super simple fashion!

As someone who works in the tech side of things, it was super simple to set up routes for our delivery drivers. It makes their job easier by finding the most efficient route between a bulk set of points.

Cons:

I have no issues with MyRouteOnline at this time!
