I really appreciate the ability to customize the platform to fit our specific needs, as well as its clear and well-organized format.

There are a few glitches within the system specifically we were scanning barcodes for our clients for attendance and meals. when we went to run the report we found even though we followed the steps it stated, none of our data had been saved for a couple of months.

It meets all of my gift processing, grant writing, event planning, donor relations and communication needs. AND the DP team is very helpful and responsible when I need them.

The structure of records is lacking in certain features like household records, soft credit donations, and the ability to distinguish gifts from event registrations.
