I like that you can see the customer side of the product so eaily.

My overall opinion is that it would be much more powerful if I truly knew how to use every aspect, how to use the report writer, if I knew how all the fields were used. But help documentation is spotty and using the Communities case support system is slow and can be painful.

There has been numerous times when we had to deploy 50+ printers to a new location (especially during COVID), where our old method would have taken us multiple resources, multiple days to deploy these printers to workstations, but leveraging Printerlogic, it was as easy as updating a CSV spreadsheet and importing it using the Administrator Data Manager, the entire process took about 15-20 minutes.

With PrinterLogic and the ability for users to install any printer that they need, our support requests in IT have dwindled to nearly zero.
