Caretime is very user friendly for Caregivers to clock in and out as well as documentation of visits to clients.

Customer support is another major issue — the phone number provided keeps you on hold for more than 10 minutes before disconnecting, and even our caregivers struggle to get through when they need help.

There needs to be a dedicated App for IPhone that allows for simple rescheduling and booking of staff and managing of the business.

Too many areas where times are included when adding a shift i.e: billing, client and support worker times - just have all one time as this causes problems.
