  • SiteMinder has been a useful tool for managing our online distribution. While it covers the essential features well, there are areas that could benefit from improvement, such as more advanced reporting and a more intuitive user interface
  • Now we have 12 hotels on it and CONSTANT overbookings from every channel - their support is just terrible, each single instance they copy paste their response (basically blaming each single individual channel) and completely washing their hands of any fault.
