Booking Automation vs Guesty: Which is best for you?

With their well documented API we were able to easily integrate the 2 platforms (theirs and ours) together allowing our clients to seamlessly upload and download new reservations as well as providing financial reports, triggered emails, channel management and much more.

The customization is useful eventually, but overwhelming for a beginner with the software.

All in one place - we use various features/addons from advanvced analytics to dynamic pricing and most recently the guesty shield program, which works effectively and gives us a piece of mind with each booking.

Even with the accounting modules set up, I'm unable to make changes to commission payments if we've struck undue deal with an agent, or even change the booking source at all after entering a reservation.
