- I like that Absence is very minimalistic and it's easy to navigate around the platform.
- Sometimes it can be not very straightforward when it comes to the approval process and selecting substitutes.
- From clean visuals for our staff, to dashboards for the entire company, to customization, its made this process much easier than we had before.
- Also, the notification process thru Microsoft Teams is poor. If I don't hear the ding, I miss the time off request.
