Avanti vs Paycom: Which is best for you?

The platform overall is very intuitive and we are able to easily integrate reporting which makes us very productive.

The report designer can't compare 2 pay periods net pay in 2 columns.

Implementing Paycom was a huge project as my company uses Paycom for many HR functions (Payroll, timekeeping and attendance, applicant tracking, performance management, and license management.

This function changes alot and one frustration we have is that when those updates happen and we make a change to an employee, something breaks and we have to dig in deep w/ our specialist to figure out how to fix it.
