  • The login hours feature can be problematic at times. If a staff member forgets to sign out, the hours can get mixed up and show extremely high numbers (for example, indicating that someone worked 20–30 hours over a weekend).

  • i like least about hsi , mobile experience works but isn’t as smooth as the desktop version — navigation could be improved, customer support response time is good, but live chat availability would make it even better.
  • Some modules were rather long, slow loading times when launching some modules and not others, in the event of a problem was unaware of customer service support.
