EchoSpan Flexible 360 vs G360 Surveys: Which is best for you?

EchoSpan is a powerful and highly customizable 360-degree feedback platform that offers the flexibility needed to support a wide range of client requirements.

It was difficult for me to check historical values of variability on several periods of review cycle without compiling data from the previous cycles.

I was looking for a competency based 360 assessment and after much research found G360 and all my wishes were answered and some! Plus the online support modules make it even easier to provide leadership support.

Honestly, to get anything better (meaning more customized) would cost many multiples of the G360.
