  • A user-friendly product, and the automations in place such as police, ref checking etc makes recruitment a seamless process.
  • Some screens (I.E candidate review pages) are quite 'busy' and its not always intuitive to understand how to interpret these pages.

  • Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.
  • The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.
