About Great Recruiters

Great Recruiters is a cloud-based platform that helps businesses of all sizes streamline reputation and experience management operations. It enables employees to convert candidates’ reviews and ratings into actionable insights.

The centralized dashboard allows managers to access user accounts, automate review requests and generate custom reports. Great Recruiters lets administrators analyze scores and ratings to provide recruiter rankings and automatically send notifications to users via a unified platform. Additionally, it offers a variety of features such as candidate management, job posting, analytics, review monitoring, sentiment analysis and more.

Great Recruiters facilitates integration with several third-party platforms such as Bullhorn, Herefish, Staffing Future and more. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

The Easiest Way To Level Up

From the first meeting/demo to weekly check-ins, my overall experience with Great Recruiters has been and continues to be phenomenal! They are clearly passionate about what they do and it shows. Pros:

The easiest software integration I've ever been a part of! The customer service is top-notch and I don't have to put a "ticket" in, I can just send an email and I usually get a response within 30 minutes. We started off a little slow but very quickly racked up over 60 reviews in about a week. This software helps us focus on areas of improvement and celebrate areas of excellence. I love that we can gain insight into our candidates' journies with us.

Cons:

I wish it automatically posted reviews to Google, but I understand why it doesn't work that way. Out of about 60 reviews, 4 of them also posted to Google. That is still a great number for our small business, but of course, I always want more!

Pros:

GR allows us to get a handle on our brand in the open-world and pushes us to maintain a high-level of customer service. In addition, GR helps us to find pain points with our recruiters and coach them through them. We also have been able to tie monetary incentives to the amount of reviews left.

Cons:

I wish the software would find a more direct way to get these positive reviews to global platforms like Facebook, Google, LinkedIn etc. The follow-up email is nice, but having the majority of these positive reviews not translating to other platforms is a bit unfortunate.

Terrific product for boosting employee performance and marketing your company's brand

Since first seeing the product, we've had nothing but a great experience with Great Recruiters. We first implemented it outside of our ATS (we were getting ready to implement a new ATS), and we were able to get up-to-speed in a manual fashion quite easily. Then, once we implemented our ATS (Bullhorn) the integration was easy to achieve and our manual efforts dropped off and we increased our efficiency. Over the past year, the product has continued to evolve and most importantly, Great Recruiters' management and support team has proactively kept in touch with us and encouraged us to keep moving forward using new features and helping us get more out of the product. If you value the way your team treats your candidates and clients, you'll love Great Recruiters!

- Very easy to configure and set up - Once set up, it's "fire and forget," the administration is minimal, the system fires off review request automatically as the actions that we pre-define are performed by our team in the normal course of doing business -Customer service has been outstanding -New features have been developed consistently and implemented smoothly

I love that my current, future &/or past candidates are able to provide me feedback regarding their experience with me Platform is very easy to use, & the functionality is great. Customer service is phenomenal. I provided feedback on the site directly to the company about an issue I was having, & they were able to resolve it within a few hours.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like about the platform is that you’re not able to remove reviews that were not meant for you. Other than that the site is fantastic. So much so that it prompted me to come leave a review.

In the 9 months since we implemented it, Great Recruiters has enabled us to capture customer and candidate feedback, improved our Google ratings across all 9 of our office locations, and driven over $250k GM as a result of candidate referrals.

Cons:

Great Recruiters does not yet integrate with our ATS, Avionte Bold, although they are striving towards an integration.
