HiPeople vs Vitay: Which is best for you?

What I liked least about HI People was the limited flexibility in customizing certain assessments or surveys. While the platform offers a clean user interface and solid templates, it could benefit from more advanced customization options for companies with specific needs.

The least appealing feature is the raw camera, which lacks polish and could benefit from improvements in usability and functionality such as background and lighting.

I love the simplicity of speaking to references in all aspects - for the candidate, the reference and the recruiter.

I like Vitay's ease of use, especially the automation of reminders, which significantly reduces the back-and-forth communication typically involved in the reference check process.
