Lattice vs Halo Feedback: Which is best for you?

My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice.

Halo Feedback provides some customization options, I found them to be quite limited, which was the least appealing aspect of this platform for me.
