Onboard is my favorite product due to being able to create a consistent onboarding process and forms to include teaining for all new employees or specific groups of employees based on the specific checklist.

The on boarding portal task list seem to get deadlines wrong and I don’t know how to fix it because I’m not currently an administrator. But it always tells my new hires that their paperwork is due sometimes on their second day and I think it is feeding off of when the task list got started preemployment instead of from day one.

I love how you can work quickly to build automation, and sorting people into categories was an unexpected feature that allows me to present to other team members and get them up to speed quickly.

For example, you can't set up automated email responses to go out at prearranged statuses in the applicant journey.
