EVV and Safety:
With employees in the field, safety is a primary concern. Through easy-to-use one-touch button interfaces, your employees can easily let the rest of the team know where they are. The FieldWorker app also utilizes a simple check-in and check-out interface, meaning visits are EVV-compliant as per the Cures Act. This makes it simple to capture essential information such as location, time and duration of visit and all other required data to make it simple to stay compliant.

FieldWorker is super easy to use. I really liked how quickly we could get started without a steep learning curve. The mobile app works great in the field, even when the signal isn’t strong.
Cons:
Some parts felt a bit clunky. Syncing data between devices wasn’t always smooth, and a few features took extra steps to access. It could use a bit more polish in those areas.

This system pulls information from iRecord that we don't have to worry about looking up, typing and starting each document from scratch. This prevents missing data or typographical errors. By this information being pulled automatically, this greatly helps in cutting overall time for completion of MTs by more than half. This system is also useful in keeping the items that require follow up from the month prior presented as soon as you open the following month's report.
Cons:
I don't appreciate that it sometimes kicks me out and it doesn't always save the report exactly from where I left off.

I liked ease of install but very confusing as to if you had everything done correctly. You have to finish and then find out if it was filled out right.

Easy-to-use case management software that has made our scheduling, reporting, and case management so much smoother. The mobile app is very intuitive; our field staff can record client visits, update case notes, and sync data in real time without needing extra training. It has strong features like time tracking, document management, and electronic visit verification (EVV), which help ensure compliance and accuracy. I also appreciate how responsive their customer support team is whenever we have a question or need help setting up a workflow.
Cons:
In areas with poor internet connectivity, the mobile app can feel a bit slow to sync. I’d also like to see more integrations with other tools we use, like payroll and analytics software. The reporting setup took a bit of time at first, but once configured, it worked perfectly.

Fieldworker is very easy to use. Having the MT forms automated allows me to complete my assignments, get my approvals quickly, and download the forms into my files.
Cons:
Any issues our agency has are quickly resolved. We had an issue with the MT form expiring and not saving the information. The MT now has autosave.

Our company loves the many conveniences that Fieldworker offers, such as talk to text, availability of an app to access on our cell phone and tablets, and with those features, real time documentation. This saves a great deal of time in documentation, which is always a struggle for any case manager or social worker.
Cons:
Occasional glitches occur, but all have been correctable and support has always been available from the Fieldworker team.

Reasons for switching to FieldWorker

We were wasting a lot of time and money on documentation having to enter notes once back in the office at a computer. Now, we can record the notes closer to real time while out in the field conducting visits, meetings, etc. Expense was also a huge consideration, our previous provider was becoming cost prohibitive but FieldWorker has made it more affordable, allowing my agency to continue to grow.
