About Zoidii

Zoidii is a maintenance and inventory management solution that helps businesses streamline processes related to task prioritization, asset tracking, document management, and more on a centralized platform. It enables team members to schedule preventive maintenance and create checklists for inspection, safety checks, or planned part replacements.

Zoidii allows staff members to maintain a centralized repository of parts inventory with details, such as part number, description, storage location, and standard cost. With the Kanban board, employees can assign tasks, update work order status, add repair notes, track parts used, and create timeline logs from within a unified platform. Additionally, supervisors can generate reports to gain insights into work orders based on multiple categories, such as preventive or corrective maintenance, breakdowns, emergency, and safety management operations.

Zoidii provides a guest request portal, which allows end-users to submit maintenance requests with information, such as asset name, details, priority, and request type. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via email, phone, documentation, FAQs, and other online measur...

The best and only CMMS that you will ever need!!!

As a dialy user of Zoidii, I am certain that is the best CMMS program out there! Super intuitive, easy to use on a dialy basis and gives me and my team all the information that we need to keep ourselves compliant and ahead of the curbe. Would recomend to any company that is looking for a CMMS system for them!!!! After seing all the funtionalitoes that it has to offer, it's a no brainer!

Pros:

The whole sytem, layout looks amazing the funtionalities that Zoidii offers like the kanban view and their amazing costumer support team.

Cons:

Nothing. The system is super easy to use and intuitive to use that in less than a 8h shift you will feel more than confident to use it on a dialy basis and if you have any questions that you want to solve by yourself, the FAQ's are brilliantly written, so you can learn super quicly!

Pros:

One of the standout features I really like is the ability to upload multiple photos to work orders, which helps in documenting pre and post-repair conditions.

Cons:

I really don't have any Cons to add to this review. The support team at Zoidii is always on top of any issue that may occur. They are constantly updating the system to make it more efficient.

Reasons for choosing Zoidii

I chose Zoidii because the system is user friendly. My first interaction was with [sensitive content hidden]. He was great to deal with and has always been just a phone call away.

I really don't have anything bad to say at the moment. Only that we didn't find this product 10 years ago!

Excellent system, simple, effective, highly recommended.

From initial enquiry, through set up and the team at Zoidii especially [sensitive content hidden] have been great with support and advice to get the system up and running. I can't fault it.

Pros:

The system is so simple to use, easy for people that have never used a digital system before. The ability to attach documents, for example uploading manuals for machinery and reports for inspections is great, everything in one place, easy to find. It also gives me audit trails, analysis of information its a great system. I have no doubt that we will see the efficiencies reflected in a more streamlined way of working both in productivity and costs.

Cons:

The only thing is you cant use it off line. we have a large area and not always a good 4G signal.

Managing all our Maintenance and Maintenance Staff across 8 Homes.

Very good experience throughout two Nursing Home Groups. I was impressed with Zoidii and decided to implement it when I joined a new nursing home group.

The Oversight of 8 Nursing Homes in one location and management of Preventative Maintenance, tracking jobs across all sites.

Cons:

The Guest Request login seem to fail at times.

Thanks for the great review Kevin. Yes, the guest users must have the correct link when submitting requests or it will not work. To ensure guest have easy access to the correct link, you could print QR codes for the individual assets, or for the site itself. Guest users simply scan the QR code to submit a request.
