About FINEOS Claims
FINEOS Claims is a cloud-based solution designed to help businesses of all sizes streamline and manage accident, health and life insurance claims. The centralized dashboard enables employees to automate and optimize the entire claims lifecycle, from sending process initiation notifications to handling final settlements.
Features of FINEOS Claims include self-service portal, customer service training, audit trail, customizable scripting, reporting and more. The application provides a rehabilitation planning module, which allows organizations to capture and organize claimant’s information related to occupation, previous claims’ experiences and medical history. Additionally, insurers can forecast reserves and handle individual/group claims in compliance with ACORD data standards and HIPAA regulations.
FINEOS Claims comes with an application programming interface (API), which facilitates integration with various third-party platforms, enabling businesses to push and pull data across systems. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and other online measures.
