I found product standard quality and they have wide scoop in futures but they needs to contact with relevant companies to extend their business

They always update on live, convenient to use for every user,software updated time to time highly features defined,web designing used in high quality standards and useful function which is easy to use for restaurants, help centre very Co operative and support whenever need required in my past experience we had issues with different companies but cassa in cloud are very trustworthy and clearly defined operation very handy for everyone

This software has everything according to requirement of every user but they needs to work on there function because it’s take lots of time to finding desire options sometime everyone busy to do stuff so just needs to work on their shortcuts and dashboards frequently reply

da migliorare l'assistenza tecnica e le istruzioni.

sufficiente. Al telefono pur di concludere il contratto lo staff era sempre veloce. una volta firmato il contratto ed avevo bisogno di chiarimenti in merito le cose si sono rallentate. non mi e piaciuta la persona dell'assistenza dei primi gg con cui ho parlato al telefono.. sembra che mi stava facendo un piacere.

Cons:

La mancanza di lotti e scadenze nel magazzino. Manca la possibilità di aggiungere e rimuovere le colonne nelle varie tabelle di gestione. Manca inoltre uno scadenzario dei pagamenti. Lo schermo dell’iPad in dotazione risulta un po’ piccolo

Non si può spostare un singolo elemento da un tavolo ad un altro. Nella ristorazione è poco importante, a livello Di bar, invece, capita di continuo che la gente cambi tavolo. Poter spostare solo parte dell’ordine sarebbe importante.

Il SW Gestionale più smart e completo per Ristoranti e Vendita al dettaglio

Prodotto smart e piuttosto potente lato gestione da cloud. Risultato molto vendibile finche i listini erano più accessibili, molto meno negli ultimi 2 anni anche perchè ha poca possibilità di aggiungere "moduli" sciolti visto che molte di queste funzionalità (che magari non usa) sono integrate nel piano base che sceglie

La mia esperienza è difficoltosa, sono stato ingannato al momento dell acquisto con promesse mai mantenute, di sistemi che si interfacciano e collaborano BUGIA, di un sistema di analisi e di statistiche funzionante BUGIA, di un sitema di menu digitale BUGIA, di un servizio assistenza BUGIA nessuno ti ascolta. Un azienda come team system non può fare figuacce di questo genere.

Il fatto di avere i risultati vendite in tempo reale

Cons:

L'area legata alla gestione del magazzino. Anche lo sviluppo del software è rimasto fermo nonostante su diversi punti mi avessero detto che ci stavano lavorando (oramai sono passati quasi 3 anni e non hanno mai viluppato quanto mi dicevano, che poi era semplicemente avere la possibilità di leggere i report di vendita e di magazzino splittati per fornitore. Invece sui diversi fornitori non ho alcuna visibilità. Mi sembra grave ed appena possibile cercherò un'alternativa valida).
