About Cassa In Cloud

La mancanza di lotti e scadenze nel magazzino. Manca la possibilità di aggiungere e rimuovere le colonne nelle varie tabelle di gestione. Manca inoltre uno scadenzario dei pagamenti. Lo schermo dell’iPad in dotazione risulta un po’ piccolo

In generale positiva, molti aspetti sono stati pensati per facilitare il lavoro, ma tante cose fondamentali per l'uso in ristorazione sono state fatte secondo la mia opinione senza avere un feedback da parte di chi lo usa.

Ha alcune funzioni avanzate che cercavo e che nel vecchio sistema che utilizzavo non c'erano.

Cons:

Alcune funzioni sono ancora acerbe; la gestione del menù per la ristorazione và migliorata, non si può gestire il layout finale (cosa importantissima visto che è una vetrina per il cliente e non un semplice elenco di prodotti), in generale sembra una funzione non all'altezza, la traduzione nelle varie lingue è troppo complicata, occorrerebbe una traduzione automatica, tradurre ogni singola parola manualmente richiede tempo. gli ordinamenti degli attributi nei prodotti compaiono nell'ordine che sono stati inseriti durante il settaggio e non alfabetico, sull'app comande è un caos terribile per i camerieri trovare gli attributi, stessa cosa dal punto cassa. il kitchen monitor non si riesce a capire come lo avete pensato.

questo me lo chiedo ancora dopo 4 mesi, dal momento in cui non c'è stato nulla di positivo a riguardo.

Cons:

assistenza pari a 0, se hai bisogno di una mano devi pagare un tecnico per qualsiasi cosa e tra l altro, se finisce il suo tempo non ti risponde neanche al telefono. molte cose le ho scoperte da sola e sinceramente se uno paga un tecnico non è normale che debba correggerlo senza nessun tipo di competenza a riguardo. ticket di assistenza? se ti va bene ti rispondono dopo 10 giorni. stampante zebra? pagata mai utilizzata, manco con il tecnico è andata a buon fine, imbarazzante direi.
